The V-Sharp Xtreme Edge is the world’s first adjustable, freehand, precision knife sharpener that keeps your knife at a consistent angle every time. It uses two high-quality, 325-grit natural diamond honing rods that sharpen the blade on both sides simultaneously. Note: the V-Sharp XE does not replace the V-Sharp Classic.
